Shipping and Returns


Shipping is by Australia post, or your local mail carrier for overseas addresses. Items will be packaged carefully to minimise damage to your garments. A tracking number will be emailed to you once this item has been sent.

We know you'll love your Casa Pavone purchase, however, if you would like to return any items please contact us through contact@casapavone.com so we can process your return efficiently.

To return purchased items, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned within 14 working days of the purchase date.
The product must not be worn, damaged or washed.
The product must have all tags attached.
The product must be returned with all packaging.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to return items in original condition; please ensure proper packaging.
The product must be returned to the point of purchase with a valid receipt.
Once your items are returned and we have accepted the product for refund or exchange, please note it may take up to a week to process.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is returned in a non-sellable condition. If your purchase is damaged please contact us first before returning the goods.

Any items listed as a sale item, on the Casa Pavone website or with any of our distributor partners in their retail store or on their websites, are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered a final sale.

Any items which have either been made-to-measure, bespoke, or altered in any way at either the customer’s request or a third party by Casa Pavone or one of our distributor partners are not eligible for a return or exchange and are considered a final sale.
